Quantity Solutions Inc. (QSI) is honored that its CEO and President, Engr. Rynor G. Jamandre, was invited by the Department of Education (DepEd), in partnership with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), to conduct a Construction Cost Masterclass for DepEd engineers.
The Construction Cost Masterclass was held in two parts. The online training took place on July 21 and 22, 2026, followed by the face-to-face training on August 3 and 4, 2026.
The masterclass was organized by DepEd in partnership with DAP, with Engr. Jamandre invited to conduct the sessions. The program supports the continuing development of professionals involved in planning, managing, and delivering public infrastructure projects.
For QSI, the invitation reflects its commitment to sharing industry knowledge, strengthening construction capabilities, and contributing to better project outcomes. As a firm that provides quantity surveying and construction cost consulting services QSI sees knowledge-sharing as a natural extension of its work in the construction industry.
