This is an in-house development of Quantity Solutions in its “Create not Wait” strategy.

The project is a medium density mixed use community situated outside the Central Business District. The main objective of this project is to provide alternative growth areas outside the main business district of the National Capital Region thus decongesting the metropolis.

Located within a kilometer from PEZA certified business parks, the Zero Carbon Communities lessens the effort of commute for employees, students and businessmen. The project will have recreational facilities, schools and commercial centers that will serve the community

Roofs will be fitted with solar panels and energy will be used by the offices and commercial establishment during the day. This will displace the fuel based energy requirement of the community and work towards carbon neutrality.

The project is a 32 hectare development with an opportunity to expand up to 168 hectares that will stand to benefit at least 3000 families.


The project is a mixed use high rise building with 2 basements. The project has a total construction floor area of 25,080 square meters. Floor plate is 1,200 square meters

The building consists of 20 floors with high speed elevators serving two zones. The building facade will use Building Integrated Photovoltaics to capture at least 5% of the total building load. The project will be LEED Gold certified building.

Using flat slob construction, this project is slated for completion wi’rhin 24 months of groundbreaking. IT is designed to internnational BPO standards that will provide 4 To 4.5 square meters per person.


The project is a low—rise budget holel development consisting of 5 floors and a total floor area of 4,770 square meters. The total lot area is at 2,490 square meters. The objective of The project is to provide an affordable alternative for budget-conscious travellers.

The hotel will consist of 226 rooms, 20 of which will be suites that can accommodote up to 4 persons. The hotel will also have 2 elevators, back-up electricity generator, open parking, 24/7 reception, a convenience store and a coffee shop.

The flagship hotel will be localed in Clark, Pampanga, the center of commerce in Region 3.
